Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of beauty and hair products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any wigs, hair extensions, or hair accessories.

This policy is in place to ensure the health, safety, and satisfaction of all our customers. We are unable to resell hair products once they have left our facility.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kat.ru@aol.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
